LG GW620, the first Android LG
----

Last week we saw the first photo of Etna, the first Android LG has just been officially announced as the LG GW620, a name a little boring if you ask me especially when compared to what they are trying to make other companies like Motorola and Samsung with their smartphones running the OS from Google.
While not yet know the price, the LG GW620 be arriving in European countries from the last quarter of the year with the following specifications:
3-inch touch screen TFT (320 x 480 pixels)
Quadband GSM (850/900/1800/1900 MHz)
HSDPA 2100
Wi-Fi
GPS
3.5mm
Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP
FM stereo radio
5 mpx camera with autofocus (no flash “?)
Something that highlights the LG GW620 is that its sliding QWERTY keyboard is a little larger than usual because it includes all the numbers at the top besides the arrow keys. What is odd is that it has announced with a simple press release as if it were relevant, in that statement above warn that going to get 13 phones with Windows Mobile in the next 16 months … it sounds as if they were covering to see if Microsoft not angry?

Clearly, we can notice a difference between LG, seemingly devoted only to install Android on a phone, and Motorola and HTC that to set up a service and interface, respectively, of the operating system to differentiate.
